What you'll do here: - Identify, monitor and track market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and top opportunities for Introduction to Business, Business Communication, Marketing, and Business Law portfolios in Higher Ed.
- Work with product team members to inform and define portfolio strategy and measures of success.
- Use data and key drivers to build thoughtful, strategic business plans to prioritize and focus your portfolio to influence measurable, business driving marketing campaigns and programs.
- Partner with product members to develop a compelling product story with audience messaging that engages the sales force, captures new customer markets, and drives sales.
- Enable sales in prospecting, qualifying, closing and retaining business through strategy calls, training and sales enablement presentations/tools.
- Develop and promote customer-facing events and presentations to drive activations and sales conversions and optimize customer usage.
- Build relationships with key market influencers and advocates.
- Partner with Marketing Director on developing market and customer focused insights along with thoughtful planning and prioritizing of goals and strategies.
Skills you will need here: - 2-3 years of marketing or sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, and partners across the organization
- Strong presentation skills in person and in virtual environment
- Passionate about digital education and customer outcomes
- Proven teammate in a fast-paced environment with a positive outlook.
- Determined, self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Basic digital literacy and MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) require
Preferred Experience: - Bachelor's degree, preferable in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Business
- Experience working with a large sales force
- Experience working in the Higher Education industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)

Base Pay Range The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
